24" x 24” mixed media painting composed of acrylic and oil spray paint with glitter
Based on the Reign of Kindo song with the same name this piece is a love story of vulnerability, trust, and security. This is one of the few paintings I painted the background in its entirety first and then added silhouettes after the fact. Before the characters were added, the canvas sat in my collection, waiting for someone to walk out onto the joyous, yet alien, floral landscape.
